I’m a bilingual French and English citizen, now based out of the Paris region in France after having spent nearly 30 years in the United States. Though my career has focused on engineering and consulting (mostly in the energy industry) my personal interests are quite different.

In my spare time, I spend hours learning about style, watches and everyday carry, basically anything that is well-designed, beautiful (to me) and made-to-last; this site is mainly devoted to my thoughts on those topics.
